Racing Relief to Children in Haiti

Andrise, nine, stands with her mother amid the rubble surrounding the house she lived in before the earthquake. "We lost everything," she says. "Our house is nearly destroyed; it will only take another shock to knock it down completely."

Save the Children is providing Andrise and the other families in the makeshift camp where they are now staying with household kits, showers and latrines facilities, and medical supplies to help them survive the difficult conditions in which they are living.
